Emily told me that she wanted her hair cut.
Now, I know from past experience that when my daughter says she wants her hair cut, it is best to wait a few weeks. Once it is cut there is no turning back!
So, once I was convinced that Emily had given the decision plenty of thought and would not change her mind, I invited her into my "salon." Five inches later, she says it feels so much better.
I loved her long hair, but this length is more manageable for her.
Megan just told me that she wants to cut her hair so it is the same length of her cousin, Rachel. And Eli needs a cut too. I might have to start having regular "salon" hours!
