I made it for game night and I ate WAY too much of it!
Caramel Popcorn
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup light Karo syrup
2 sticks of butter
1/2 tsp cream of tartar
1 tsp baking soda
14-16 cups popped popcorn, lightly salted
Boil first four ingredients for 5 minutes. Add cream of tartar and baking soda. Place popped corn in a LARGE greased pan. Pour topping over popcorn; mix well. Bake at 250 degrees for 30 minutes, stirring after 15 minutes. Cool for 30 minutes. Store in a tupperware bowl.
