Emily doesn't spend a whole lot of time in the kitchen. She has a few recipes she makes, but she would rather be outdoors playing with the animals than preparing a meal. So I was thrilled when she wanted to sign up for a culinary class at Kid University. After all, I love to prepare foods and wouldn't mind having some company in the kitchen. One of the recipes she learned was omelets. So one night for supper, she made the entire family ham and cheese omelets. They were delicious -- so delicious! She did such a good job that I may have to buy her a chef's hat!
